Actually, It is a real issue for iPad Mini user because text is small. How to fix the problem?
1.Open the chrome browser on your iPad Mini.
2. Type ‘chrome://flags’ into the address bar, search ‘text zoom’
In the chrome://flags section, you can modify Chrome browser’s default setting. There’s a ‘Zoom Text’ feature which is disable by default, similar like Safari’s ‘Zoom Text’, ‘small A’ and ‘big A’ in the left of the address bar.
3.Experiments > Enable text zoom on iPad Mini > Change ‘default’ to ‘Enabled’
4. Close all Chrome windows, Relaunch Chrome browser
Press the Home button twice. Swipe the Chrome window upward to close all.
5. Click … setting, now Zoom Text is Enable, Click
6. Once the ‘Zoom Text’ is enabled, you can adjust the text size just like in Safari.
